ZIPLINE & BEER + CHEESE TASTING EXPERIENCE

Punxsutawney Phil, the "Seer of Seers"didn't see his shadow and called for an early spring! The Zipline & Beer + Cheese Tasting experience is the perfect excuse to get you and your friends outdoors to cure that cabin fever. Gather some friends and kick-off your Saturday, March 30th at 4:30 pm zipping down Lake Geneva Canopy Tours (LGCT) 1/4 mile racing zip. Then head into their Hilltop Lodge from 5:00 to 6:00 pm to flavor your tastebuds with some of Wisconsin's best craft beers and cheeses.

Want even more cheese or adventure? Add on a Pre-Tasting Cheese Workshop or Full Zip Line Canopy Tour at 2:00! Join Cheesemaker Ron for a 2-hour, hands-on workshop where you will make, explore and eat cheese! As owner and cheesemaker of Hill Valley Dairy, Ron Henningfeld crafts small batches of cheese made with milk sourced from his brother's family farm. In this workshop you will learn about the ingredients and the art and science that go into making your favorite cheeses. This will all happen while you make your own artisan ricotta cheese under Ron's direction. • 2:00pm-4:00pm

If it's a full adventure you're seeking then register for a full zip-line tour before the tasting. You and your group can head out with Lake Geneva Canopy Tour guides to zip through the tree canopy along their 9 zip-lines, head across 5 sky bridges and ascend 3 spiral staircases. It truly is an experience to remember!
