My name is Nan, and I am the active leader here at SO Creative Yoga! I discovered the benefits of yoga and meditation in 2018, and I received my training certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) in March of 2020 on Yoga Alliance.
I enjoy guiding somatic (mind + body) yoga classes, especially Restorative, Yin, Chair, & Yoga Nidra. I began my formal 200-hour Yoga training with Cultivate Yoga Fitness in the fall of 2019 and it was such a nice addition to all of the research and personal study I’ve put into my personal practice and teachings.
Yoga Teacher Training has energized and propelled me to connect and build relationships within the community to physically bring yoga/equipment & mindful meditation as a form of health & wellness to the practitioners vs. a studio which is at the heart of SO Creative Yoga.
