What would Valentine's Day be without chocolate? On Wednesday, February 13th head over to Rush Creek Distilling in Harvard, IL for their Chocolate &Cocktail pairing event. Doors will open at 5:00 pm, and the pairing will run from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Susan Pitkin of Cacaocuvee has been on Oprah's "Favorite Things" list for her chocolate. She will be creating handmade, very small batch truffles to pair with the specialty cocktails. Each pairing is briefly described by the chocolatier and one of their staff. Zipline and Dine at Lake Geneva Canopy Tours.
