RESTORATIVE YOGA NIDRA FUSION via ZOOM


Led by yoga teacher, Nan Elder this one hour class will help you to relax, still the mind, tune into your inner desires, and set an intetion for the new year on the longest night, the Winter Solstice. Class will be from 7pm until 8pm.

Once you register you will automatically be sent a link to access this class using Zoom.

There is no obligation for you to have your camera on during this class as we want you to feel as comfortable as possible.

The class will start with a couple of simple restorative yoga postures intended to open the body, connect you to your breath and follow with a relaxing yoga nidra in Savasana. Yoga nidra is a guided, multi-stage relaxation/meditation practice that takes you to that sweet spot between wakefulness and sleep.

Once you set your intentions, you will tune into your inner desires, and envision your grandest goals and dreams for the new year.

What you'll need and how to prepare:

Wear comfy clothing

A quiet place where you won’t be interrupted with space to lie down

Supportive props i.e. blanket, 2 pillows, and two yoga blocks or books

Options: A journal/paper and pen to record anything that comes to mind during your practice
