Maxwell Mansion & Shore Path Tour
Join us during Lake Geneva's shopping extravaganza - Maxwell Street Days!
Maxwell Street Days is named after the Founding Father of Lake Geneva – prominent 1800's Chicago Surgeon and real estate prospector, Dr. Philip Maxwell. (The doc also has a street named after him in Chicago).
Join this small group for a guided stroll past the magnificent collection of affluential late nineteenth and early twentieth century historic estates off of the shoreline of Geneva Lake, and then finish with a guilded age tour of the exquisite Maxwell Mansion followed by a custom cocktail at the mansion's Apothecary Bar.

How to prepare:
Be prepared for the elements i.e. water, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, protein bar or simple snack, & waterproof shoes. It's highly recommended that you wear sturdy closed-toed shoes with good treads as the terrain varies (NO flip flops). The shore path is open to the public, but beaches, boathouses, piers, lawns, homes, and other structures are all private property.
Please note: This tour is recommended for adults because the path elevates (60+ feet) and the terrain varies - strollers/bikes are not allowed on the path.
