ZIPLINE BREEZES & EXPLORING CHEESES

Holy Cow, right? If anyone has asked you where your sense of adventure has gone lately, tell them you're coming to this event! Grab the gals, your pals or your significant other from 12:00 to 1:00 pm and enjoy the adventure of the 1,200 foot-long Racing Zipline Line featuring spectacular views of Lake Como and the surrounding countryside.

As if that isn't enough, from 1:30 to 4:00 pm you and friends will prepare your beginner selves to Explore Cheese as a group by making a simple artisan ricotta cheese, learning the basic science behind cheesemaking, reviewing ingredients, the needed equipment and exploring other cheeses with accomplished cheese maker - Ron Henningfeld, owner of Hill Valley Dairy. You'll snack on a sweet & savory recipe with your ricotta culinary delight, along with additional complimentary cheese samplings, nuts, crackers and fruit. Plus, you'll also get to take home some of Hill Valley Dairy's amazing cheese curds.

Beverages will be available for purchase! Workshop is available on a first come, first serve basis and space is limited to 30 registered guests. No refunds for this event as supplies need to be purchased based on number of guests.
